LTM has elevated Rajiv Menon to the position of Associate Director - Brand Marketing, marking a significant milestone in a career that spans more than a decade across brand strategy, marketing communications, thought leadership, and customer engagement.

In his new role, Rajiv will lead brand strategy, governance, and go-to-market initiatives for one of India's leading technology services organizations. He will be responsible for driving integrated marketing programs, strengthening brand positioning, and enhancing LTM's visibility across global markets.

Prior to this promotion, Rajiv served as Senior Manager - Brand Marketing at LTM, where he played a key role in one of the company's most significant brand transformation initiatives, helping lead the transition from LTIMindtree to LTM. The rebranding effort represented a major milestone in the organization's evolution and global market positioning.
