Dima Mikhailov has joined Higgsfield AI as part of its Enterprise Go-to-Market (GTM) team, moving from a partnership role at ABK/XBOX into a sales-focused position supporting the company's enterprise expansion.

Based in Los Angeles, Dima will focus on opportunities across gaming and entertainment, sectors where AI-powered video and image generation are opening new possibilities for content creation, marketing and interactive experiences.

The move follows his promotion to Senior Manager at ABK in March. In his announcement, Dima said the decision to leave was not easy, but Higgsfield's product, pace of execution and company philosophy convinced him to make the transition.

A move driven by AI's creative potential

Dima said his interest in Higgsfield began in August, after Janneta Tabakov, a friend and professional contact, told him the company was expanding and looking for people to help scale its gaming and entertainment business.

After exploring the platform and watching interviews with co-founders Alex Mashrabov and Yerzat, he became increasingly interested in the company's approach to AI-generated video.

He described the opportunity as particularly compelling because current video-generation models, despite their increasingly realistic output, may represent only an early stage of what the technology can achieve.

For Dima, joining Higgsfield represents an opportunity to work at the intersection of enterprise sales, creative technology and the evolving use of AI in entertainment.

Taking AI video and image tools to enterprise customers

Higgsfield provides AI-powered tools for video and image generation and creative workflows. Its offering includes Ads Studio, playable advertisements, APIs and MCP capabilities designed to support different creative and technical use cases.

For gaming and entertainment businesses, these tools could help teams explore new approaches to campaign development, creative testing and content production. Enterprise adoption, however, depends on more than the technology itself. Organisations also need workflows that fit their production requirements, business objectives and existing systems.

Dima's role in Enterprise GTM places him at the commercial side of this opportunity, helping businesses understand how AI-powered creative tools can be applied to their needs.

Scaling amid rapid company growth

In his announcement, Dima described Higgsfield as a fast-moving company focused on shipping products quickly and expanding its capabilities. He also cited the company's reported $400 million Series B funding round in August at a $5.4 billion valuation, alongside its claim of reaching a $1 billion annualised revenue run rate in September, around 18 months after launch.

These milestones, as reported in his post, provide context for the company's expansion and its push to build enterprise relationships across creative industries.

As generative AI becomes more prominent in video, advertising and digital content production, Higgsfield's challenge will be to translate product momentum into practical enterprise adoption. GTM leadership and customer-facing teams will be important in connecting the platform's capabilities with real-world business requirements.

Dima thanked Stacy Galgashova for referring him to the opportunity and Manoj Malhotra, Mukhit Seidakhmetov and Taz Patel for their conversations during the interview process.

His move reflects a broader shift in the technology sector, as professionals with partnership and commercial experience explore opportunities in the expanding market for enterprise AI.
