Patrick Bradshaw takes on Sr. Director, Growth Systems role at Seismic

Article content
Following the completion of the Highspot-Seismic merger, Patrick Bradshaw has taken on a new role leading Growth Systems at Seismic.
Patrick shared the move as the two organizations come together, describing the opportunity as a chance to continue building on his recent work around demand generation, pipeline creation and the signals that help marketing and sales teams determine where to focus their efforts.
A new chapter following the Highspot-Seismic combination
Seismic completed its merger with Highspot on August 18, 2026, creating a combined company operating under the Seismic name and led by CEO Rob Tarkoff. The company says the combination brings together 2,500 customers and 3.5 million sales, marketing and enablement users globally.
The merger is intended to move the business beyond traditional sales enablement toward what Seismic describes as go-to-market performance, connecting intelligence and insights with the actions that influence revenue outcomes.
Patrick’s new Growth Systems remit sits naturally within that broader shift.
Connecting demand generation with GTM signals
Much of Patrick’s recent work has focused on the role of demand generation in creating pipeline while also helping organizations understand the signals emerging across their go-to-market activities.
In his new role, he will continue developing that approach while bringing together learnings from both Highspot and Seismic.
The focus reflects a broader change in how modern marketing organizations think about demand generation. Generating pipeline remains central, but understanding which signals indicate buying activity, opportunity progression and areas requiring attention is becoming increasingly important.
Helping marketing and sales decide what comes next
Patrick’s comments point to a Growth Systems approach that connects marketing activity with the decisions that follow.
Rather than treating demand generation as a standalone pipeline function, the work involves connecting signals that can help Marketing and Sales determine where to allocate time, resources and attention.
That creates a closer relationship between demand generation, revenue execution and the systems supporting go-to-market teams.
Bringing together lessons from both organizations
Patrick described the new role as an opportunity to bring together what both organizations have learned.
That becomes particularly relevant following the merger, as Seismic integrates the capabilities, expertise and customer insights of two established companies in the revenue enablement market.
Seismic says the combined organization is bringing together AI agents, content governance and performance insights to help customer-facing teams move from intelligence to action.
Growth Systems in the new Seismic
The creation of a Growth Systems leadership focus comes as Seismic positions itself around a more connected approach to go-to-market performance.
The company says its platform brings together signals from customer conversations, buyer engagement, governed content, coaching and seller behavior to help organizations execute with greater consistency.
For Patrick, the new role provides an opportunity to extend his demand generation work into a broader system connecting pipeline creation, signals and decision-making across the revenue organization.
