NVIDIA has appointed Brian Wesolowski as Director of Policy Marketing, marking a new chapter in his career as he joins the company’s growing marketing organization.
Brian shared the news after completing his first week at NVIDIA, describing the move as an exciting opportunity to become part of the company and its expanding team.
Moving from Microsoft to NVIDIA
Brian joins NVIDIA from Microsoft, bringing experience from one of the technology industry’s largest organizations into his new policy marketing role.
His move comes as policy considerations become increasingly important across the technology sector, particularly around artificial intelligence, computing infrastructure, innovation and the broader societal and economic impact of emerging technologies.
The transition places Brian within NVIDIA’s marketing organization as the company continues to expand its work across AI and accelerated computing.
A new role focused on policy marketing
As Director of Policy Marketing, Brian will contribute to NVIDIA’s efforts at the intersection of technology, policy and communications.
The role connects marketing with a broader policy landscape, where companies increasingly need to communicate how advances in AI and computing intersect with governments, businesses and society.
Brian’s arrival adds dedicated leadership to this area as NVIDIA continues to scale its global presence.
Joining NVIDIA’s growing marketing team
Brian highlighted Alison Wagonfeld and the team she is building at NVIDIA, while also thanking colleagues and mentors who supported his transition.
He specifically acknowledged Mark Seifert, Nuala O'Connor and Steve Clayton for their mentorship and support in making the move to NVIDIA.
His first week also included time at NVIDIA’s headquarters, where he noted the welcome he received from employees across the organization.
Policy and technology entering a new phase
For NVIDIA, policy has become an increasingly relevant dimension of its position in the technology industry. The company’s role in advancing AI infrastructure places it in discussions that extend beyond products and technology into regulation, responsible AI, economic competitiveness and innovation.
Brian’s appointment brings a marketing perspective to that environment, with his previous experience at Microsoft providing additional context for his new role.
His arrival comes as NVIDIA continues to build out the teams supporting its broader business and influence across the global technology ecosystem.
