OMD APAC has appointed Kris Biti as Executive Director, Client Success, marking a significant leadership addition to Omnicom Media Asia Pacific's newly established Client Success discipline.

The newly formed function has been designed to create more consistent outcomes for clients while ensuring they benefit from the full breadth of Omnicom Media's connected capabilities across the region. Kris's appointment reflects the organization's commitment to strengthening client partnerships and delivering integrated solutions that drive measurable business impact.

For Kris, the move represents a full-circle career moment. Sixteen years after beginning her media career at OMD Sydney, she returns to the organization with extensive leadership experience gained across 14 APAC markets. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale transformations, built businesses, unified cross-border teams, and helped organizations navigate increasingly complex market environments.

Her return comes at a time when agencies are placing greater emphasis on client-centric operating models that integrate strategy, media, technology, data, and innovation to deliver stronger business outcomes.
