Article content
Milk Bar has promoted Jessica Levinson to Director of Retention & Growth Marketing, expanding her responsibilities across customer acquisition, retention, lifecycle marketing, e-commerce and customer experience.
Jessica joined Milk Bar less than a year ago to focus on retention and lifecycle marketing. In the ten months since, her remit has expanded significantly, giving her a broader role in shaping how the brand acquires, engages and retains customers.
From Lifecycle to Customer Growth
Jessica`s initial focus at Milk Bar was centered on retention and lifecycle marketing. Over time, that responsibility grew to include customer experience, e-commerce and paid media, giving her a more comprehensive view of the customer journey.
Her promotion reflects that expanded scope, moving beyond individual marketing channels toward a broader customer growth mandate.
In her new role, Jessica will lead Milk Bar's customer growth strategy across acquisition and retention, while continuing to oversee the lifecycle marketing programs that have been central to her work.
Connecting Acquisition and Retention
For consumer brands, growth increasingly depends on how effectively acquisition and retention work together.
Bringing these functions closer allows marketing teams to look beyond the initial conversion and understand the full customer relationship, from the first interaction through repeat purchase and long-term engagement.
Jessica`s expanded remit puts this connected approach at the center of her role at Milk Bar, combining acquisition, lifecycle, paid media and customer experience into a broader growth strategy.
Expanding the Customer Experience
Her experience over the past ten months has also extended into e-commerce and customer experience, areas that play an important role in turning marketing activity into measurable customer outcomes.
This broader perspective gives her responsibility across multiple points in the customer journey, from attracting new customers to creating experiences that encourage them to return.
The move also highlights how retention marketing roles are evolving within consumer businesses, increasingly connecting lifecycle strategy with broader commercial and customer experience objectives.
A Fast-Evolving Role
Jessica`s promotion comes only ten months after joining Milk Bar, with her responsibilities expanding organically during that period.
She described the progression as an example of being trusted with greater responsibility, recognizing impact and having the opportunity to continue building.
That progression from a specialized retention and lifecycle remit into a broader growth leadership role reflects the increasingly interconnected nature of modern consumer marketing.
Looking Ahead
As Director of Retention & Growth Marketing, Levinson will focus on building Milk Bar's customer growth strategy across acquisition and retention while continuing to lead lifecycle marketing.
Her expanded mandate brings together several areas that influence customer growth, positioning her to help Milk Bar strengthen the relationship between marketing performance, customer experience and long-term retention.
And, fittingly for Milk Bar, she is also looking forward to "more cake."
