Dell Technologies has named Fernanda Codorniz Vice President, Revenue Operations Planning, marking a new chapter in her leadership journey with the company.
In her new role, Fernanda is focused on helping architect the revenue engine for Dell Technologies, translating enterprise strategy into an integrated revenue plan designed to align demand, capacity, sales coverage, quotas, compensation and investments.
Building an integrated revenue planning model
Fernanda's mandate brings together multiple components of the commercial organization into a connected planning framework.
Rather than treating demand planning, sales coverage, quotas and investments as separate activities, the role centers on aligning these levers around a common revenue strategy and the company's broader growth objectives.
The approach is designed to support more coordinated decision-making across a global business operating at significant scale.
Data science and AI in revenue decisions
A central part of Fernanda's new role is the use of Data Science and AI-driven decision-making to strengthen revenue planning.
The objective is to help teams make faster and more informed decisions at scale, using data and analytical capabilities to improve how the organization plans resources, coverage and investments.
This reflects a broader shift in enterprise revenue operations, where planning is increasingly moving from periodic forecasting toward more dynamic, data-led decision-making.
Connecting strategy with execution
Fernanda's role sits at the intersection of enterprise strategy and commercial execution.
Her remit covers the connection between demand, capacity, sales coverage, quotas, compensation and investment decisions, creating a framework through which strategic priorities can be translated into operational plans.
That alignment becomes particularly important for a global technology business with multiple customer segments, markets and revenue motions.
A leadership role built around scale
Fernanda brings more than two decades of experience in technology, finance, strategy and operations. Her professional background includes senior leadership across Dell Technologies and international experience spanning markets including Brazil, Spain and the United States.
Her experience across business planning and transformation provides a foundation for the broader revenue operations mandate she now takes on.
Strengthening the revenue engine at Dell
Fernanda has credited David Schmoock for the opportunity and leadership behind the new role, while also highlighting her partnership with Walter Rhee as the capability continues to evolve.
The focus is ultimately on creating a stronger connection between strategy, planning and execution, supported by data and AI.
For Dell Technologies, the role comes at a time when the company continues to navigate a rapidly changing technology market, including strong demand for AI infrastructure and evolving customer investment priorities.
A new chapter in revenue operations
Fernanda's move into Revenue Operations Planning expands her leadership focus toward one of the most interconnected areas of enterprise growth: how strategy becomes an executable revenue plan.
By bringing together planning disciplines and combining them with data science and AI, her new mandate is centered on enabling smarter decisions across Dell Technologies' global business.
