Article content
Cognizant has appointed Bindya Raj as Vice President and Global GTM Head for Marketing, Advertising, Commerce, Enterprise Content Management and Adobe, adding senior commercial and technology leadership to its global go-to-market organisation.
Bindya brings 25 years of experience across technology, digital experience, business transformation and global delivery. She joins Cognizant from Infosys, where she most recently served as Vice President and Global Delivery Head.
Her new role will focus on strengthening competency go-to-market strategy and partner networks while helping drive growth and create greater business value for clients.
Leading Global GTM Strategy
As Global GTM Head, Bindya will lead the go-to-market agenda across Marketing, Advertising, Commerce, Enterprise Content Management and Adobe.
Her remit brings together market strategy, client engagement and partner relationships across a set of capabilities that are increasingly central to how enterprises approach customer experience and digital transformation.
Cognizant's work across Digital Experience and Adobe includes capabilities spanning content and marketing services, Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Commerce, analytics and customer experience transformation.
Bringing 25 Years of Experience
Bindya brings extensive experience across global delivery, business transformation and growth.
Her career has included leadership across digital experience, MarTech, content, commerce and customer experience. At Infosys, she built and led the MarTech practice and held senior responsibilities across Digital Experience and WongDoody delivery.
That combination of delivery expertise and commercial understanding provides a strong foundation for her new GTM mandate.
From Infosys to Cognizant
Before joining Cognizant, Bindya spent more than two decades at Infosys, where she progressed through senior leadership roles.
Her experience included overseeing large-scale business units, transformation initiatives and global delivery. She also worked across acquisitions and the development of digital experience capabilities.
The move to Cognizant brings that experience into a role focused more directly on connecting capabilities, partners and market opportunities across multiple technology and marketing disciplines.
Strengthening the Partner Ecosystem
A key part of Bindya's new mandate will be developing Cognizant's competency GTM and partner network.
For technology services companies, partnerships have become increasingly important as clients adopt a broader mix of cloud, AI, data, marketing technology and digital experience platforms.
Cognizant continues to expand its ecosystem across major technology providers, including Adobe, as it helps enterprises connect technology investments with measurable business outcomes. The company's current Adobe-focused capabilities include Experience Cloud, Experience Manager, Target, Analytics, Journey Optimizer, Real-Time CDP and Adobe Commerce.
Connecting Technology With Growth
Bindya's appointment comes as enterprises increasingly look for technology partners that can connect transformation programmes with commercial outcomes.
Her GTM remit across marketing, advertising, commerce and enterprise content management reflects the growing convergence between technology, customer experience and business growth.
For Cognizant, the focus will be on bringing these capabilities to market more effectively while strengthening relationships with clients and partners across geographies.
A New Chapter at Cognizant
Bindya joins Cognizant at a time when the company is continuing to strengthen its positioning around AI-led transformation and measurable business value. Cognizant has recently expanded partnerships across areas including enterprise AI, cloud and cybersecurity, reinforcing the importance of integrated technology capabilities in its growth strategy.
Her appointment adds another layer of leadership to that strategy, with a specific focus on global GTM, partner development and client value.
For Bindya, the move marks a new chapter after a long career at Infosys and an opportunity to apply her experience across a broader global growth mandate.
