Article content

Cloudforce has appointed Rafah Halawi as Senior Director of Marketing, adding a new marketing leader as the company continues to build its position across cloud, artificial intelligence and secure enterprise technology.

Rafah announced the move, describing Cloudforce as a company focused on building secure, enterprise-grade AI infrastructure at a time when AI is becoming increasingly central to enterprise technology strategies.

A marketing mandate in enterprise AI

Rafah’s appointment comes at a time when Cloudforce is expanding its AI proposition beyond conventional cloud services. The company describes itself as the force behind nebulaONE, its AI platform for public-sector organizations, while also providing cloud, cybersecurity, compliance, data analytics and managed cloud services.

Her role will place marketing at the intersection of technology positioning, market education and growth as organizations look for practical ways to adopt AI while maintaining security, governance and control.

Cloudforce’s AI focus

Cloudforce has increasingly centered its technology strategy around secure AI deployment. Its nebulaONE platform is designed to operate within a customer's own Microsoft Azure environment, allowing organizations to deploy AI capabilities and custom AI agents while retaining control over their data and cloud environment.

The company has also worked on AI deployments in highly regulated environments. In one recent engagement with CNA, Cloudforce deployed nebulaONE on Azure for U.S. Government to support private generative AI experiences and custom AI agents for data analysis.

Building the Cloudforce story

For Rafah, the move offers an opportunity to market technology at a particularly important point in the evolution of enterprise AI.

Cloudforce operates across cloud solutions, networking, cybersecurity, compliance, data analytics and artificial intelligence. Its marketing organization is responsible for translating those capabilities into campaigns, content, digital initiatives and market engagement.

As Senior Director of Marketing, Rafah will be joining a business where the challenge is not simply explaining AI, but communicating why secure infrastructure, governance and enterprise readiness matter as AI adoption scales.

The next chapter

Rafah's move to Cloudforce follows her previous experience at Digitate and marks a new chapter focused on one of the fastest-moving areas of enterprise technology.

Her appointment comes as Cloudforce continues to expand its AI capabilities and market presence, giving its marketing organization an increasingly important role in connecting the company's technology expertise with organizations navigating the shift toward enterprise AI.
