Abhishek Gangal Joins Leah as Senior Director – GTM

Leah has appointed Abhishek Gangal as Senior Director, GTM, strengthening its leadership team as the company expands its focus on enterprise adoption of Agentic AI-powered transformation solutions.

Abhishek brings nearly 20 years of experience spanning enterprise technology, insurance platforms, product engineering, enterprise architecture, AI strategy, and large-scale digital transformation. Throughout his career, he has consistently operated at the intersection of technology innovation and business value creation, helping organizations modernize systems, accelerate transformation initiatives, and improve customer outcomes.

In his new role at Leah, Abhishek will lead go-to-market initiatives focused on driving enterprise adoption of Agentic AI solutions and helping organizations unlock measurable business outcomes through intelligent automation and AI-led transformation.

The appointment comes at a time when enterprises are increasingly moving beyond AI experimentation and exploring Agentic AI systems capable of automating workflows, augmenting decision-making, and driving operational efficiency at scale.

Prior to joining Leah, Abhishek served as Product Engineering Leader – AI & Agentic Systems at Allstate India, where he led global engineering teams responsible for mission-critical insurance platforms. During his tenure, he played a key role in modernization programs, AI adoption initiatives, customer experience transformation, and operational efficiency improvements across large-scale enterprise environments.

His leadership helped advance the use of emerging technologies while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology execution.

Before Allstate India, Abhishek held senior leadership positions at Mindtree and Accenture, where he led enterprise architecture programs, solution design initiatives, Agile and DevOps transformations, insurance technology modernization efforts, and large-scale engineering engagements for global organizations.

Across these roles, he developed extensive expertise in building scalable technology ecosystems, modernizing legacy platforms, and driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
