Leading the Next Generation of Enterprise AI

As Executive Vice President of Engineering, Krishna will oversee engineering for several of Salesforce's flagship AI and customer engagement platforms, including Agentforce, Agentforce Voice, Digital Channels, and Service Cloud.

His role will focus on building trusted AI experiences for enterprises by combining intelligent automation with enterprise-grade security, governance, and customer context.
