LTM appoints Mohit Sharma as Global Chief Information Officer

LTM has appointed Mohit Sharma as Global Chief Information Officer, bringing an experienced technology leader into a role focused on enterprise IT, digital transformation and technology operations.
Mohit joins LTM from Wipro, where he held several leadership positions over more than seven years. Most recently, he served as Regional CIO for APMEA and Head of Service Excellence from January to September 2026. Before that, he was Business CIO for GBLs and Head of Service Excellence, a role he held from May 2023 to December 2025.
His appointment brings experience spanning technology strategy, service delivery, operational excellence and the alignment of IT capabilities with business priorities.
Experience across technology and business operations
During his tenure at Wipro, Mohit held leadership responsibilities across regional IT, business technology and digital operations. From 2019 to 2023, he served as General Manager and IT Head for Digital Operations and Platforms within the company’s Business Process Services business.
His work across these roles included technology leadership and service excellence, providing experience in managing IT capabilities within a large, complex business environment.
Before Wipro, Mohit spent nearly four years at A.P. Moller - Maersk as a Regional Account Manager. Earlier, he held multiple IT leadership positions at Genpact, where his responsibilities included IT strategy, operations, budgeting, information security, compliance and digitisation.
A background in global IT leadership and transformation
Mohit’s experience at Genpact covered multiple geographies and business environments. He served as IT Head for Genpact Philippines and led IT for a manufacturing business vertical and its Kolkata site. He also held a global IT leadership role supporting a major healthcare and retail client.
His responsibilities included global technology transitions, solution design, vendor management, commercial negotiations and the implementation of infrastructure, tools and applications across international operations.
This combination of regional CIO responsibilities, business-aligned technology leadership and global IT delivery provides a broad foundation for his new role at LTM.
