Circle has appointed Vidit Agrawal as Vice President, Partnerships & Business Development, APAC, strengthening its regional leadership as the company continues to expand its digital financial infrastructure and stablecoin ecosystem across Asia-Pacific.
Vidit joins Circle after more than six years at GajiGesa, part of the Kredivo Group, where he played a key role in building fintech infrastructure and gained extensive experience in digital payments, financial services, and embedded finance.
Driving Strategic Partnerships Across APAC
As VP, Partnerships & Business Development, APAC, Vidit will lead strategic partnerships with financial institutions, fintech companies, payment providers, and ecosystem partners to accelerate the adoption of USDC and Circle's digital financial infrastructure throughout the region.
Reflecting on his move, Vidit noted that his experience in fintech reinforced the belief that many of the industry's most complex challenges exist beneath consumer-facing products, within the infrastructure that stores, moves, and settles money. He believes stablecoins have evolved beyond their crypto-native origins to become foundational infrastructure for the future of global finance.
Advancing the Next Generation of Financial Infrastructure
Vidit highlighted that Circle's opportunity extends beyond the continued growth of USDC. He pointed to the company's broader ecosystem, including Circle Payments Network and Arc, which are designed to strengthen global payment connectivity by enabling institutions to move value more efficiently across an expanding network of banks, custodians, card networks, and fintech platforms.
He also expressed enthusiasm about helping financial institutions across APAC explore how stablecoins can reduce cross-border settlement costs, support market expansion, and power next-generation payment experiences.
Looking Ahead
As institutional adoption of digital assets and regulated stablecoins continues to accelerate, Vidit's experience in fintech partnerships, payments infrastructure, and business development positions him to help expand Circle's presence and strengthen its partner ecosystem across one of the world's fastest-growing financial markets.
