Eightfold AI has appointed Sriram Narayanan as Vice President of GTM Strategy & Enablement, reinforcing its go-to-market leadership as the company continues expanding its AI-powered talent intelligence platform.
Announcing the move, Sriram reflected on nearly 16 years at Google, where he held leadership roles spanning operations, sales, marketing, partnerships, and commercialization, before advising startups. He described the transition to Eightfold AI as a natural next step, driven by the opportunity to help accelerate AI adoption and enterprise growth.
Leading Go-to-Market Strategy
As VP of GTM Strategy & Enablement, Sriram will lead initiatives focused on strengthening go-to-market execution, sales enablement, and commercial strategy across Eightfold AI's expanding global business.
He will work closely with leadership across product, sales, and marketing to scale customer engagement, drive adoption of the company's AI platform, and support its next phase of growth.
Bringing Cross-Functional Leadership Experience
Throughout his career at Google, Sriram contributed across multiple business functions, including large customer sales, product commercialization, partner ecosystems, and agency development.
