Enterprise AI company Wonderful has raised $550 million in Series C funding at a $5 billion valuation, marking another major financing milestone for the company as it expands its AI operating system for enterprise organizations.

The round was led by Insight Partners, with participation from Salesforce and existing investors including Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards and Bessemer Venture Partners.

Capital to accelerate product development and global deployment

Wonderful said the new funding will be used to accelerate product development, expand its global deployment teams and support growing enterprise demand for its AI OS.

The company has expanded to more than 35 markets and grown to 650 employees worldwide since its previous Series B round in March 2026.

The latest financing comes as enterprises increasingly move beyond individual AI experiments toward deploying AI across multiple functions and workflows.

Building an AI operating system for the enterprise

Wonderful positions its platform as a shared operating layer for enterprise AI. Rather than relying on disconnected AI applications, the company is building infrastructure designed to coordinate agents, workflows, AI-native applications, enterprise context, integrations and governed execution.

Its platform is designed to be model-agnostic and work with existing technology environments, allowing enterprises to adopt different AI models and capabilities without rebuilding their technology stack around a single provider.

The company's product portfolio includes managed workflows, productivity agents, AI-native applications and conversational agents that can operate independently or together within enterprise workflows.

From individual AI use cases to organization-wide adoption

The funding reflects Wonderful's broader thesis that enterprise AI adoption will increasingly require a common infrastructure layer.

CEO and co-founder Bar Winkler said enterprises need a shared AI foundation as AI expands from individual use cases into broader organizational workflows. Wonderful argues that a common operating layer can help enterprises avoid fragmented AI deployments while allowing capabilities to compound across the organization.

This approach places Wonderful in a growing segment of the enterprise AI market focused not only on individual agents, but also on the infrastructure required to deploy and manage them at scale.

Rapid growth since its launch

Wonderful was founded in 2025 by Bar Winkler and Roey Lalazar. The company has moved rapidly through multiple financing rounds as demand for enterprise AI infrastructure has accelerated.

The latest Series C follows its $150 million Series B announced in March 2026, and takes the company's valuation to $5 billion.

The pace of expansion has also been reflected in its workforce and geographic footprint, with Wonderful now operating across more than 35 markets and employing 650 people.

Scaling enterprise AI infrastructure

For Wonderful, the latest capital is intended to support the next stage of product and market expansion rather than simply adding another layer of AI applications.

The company's strategy is centered on helping enterprises move AI into production, connect AI agents and workflows with existing systems, and establish governance around increasingly distributed AI activity.

With the new funding, Wonderful will focus on expanding its product capabilities and deployment infrastructure as enterprise organizations look for ways to move from isolated AI initiatives toward broader AI adoption.
