TCS and Anthropic Partner to Scale Enterprise AI, Equip 50,000 Employees with Claude

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has entered into a global strategic partnership with Anthropic to accelerate enterprise artificial intelligence adoption and help organizations move AI initiatives from experimentation to large-scale deployment. The collaboration positions TCS as a Global Premier Partner in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network and marks one of the most significant enterprise AI initiatives announced by an Indian technology services company this year.

As part of the partnership, TCS will equip 50,000 associates across engineering, finance, legal, marketing, and sales functions with enterprise access to Anthropic's Claude AI models. The deployment is designed to build hands-on expertise within the organization while enabling TCS to apply those learnings to customer transformation programs worldwide.

The companies will also establish a dedicated business unit focused on developing industry-specific AI solutions, customer offerings, and implementation capabilities built around Anthropic's Claude family of models. TCS will gain early access to Claude technologies, allowing it to create specialized expertise and accelerate AI deployments for enterprise customers.
