Ericsson Appoints Per Narvinger as President and Chief Executive Officer

Ericsson has appointed Per Narvinger as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2026, marking a significant leadership transition for one of the world's leading telecommunications infrastructure companies.

Per succeeds Börje Ekholm, who will step down after nearly a decade as CEO. A veteran of Ericsson, Per brings nearly 30 years of experience with the company, having joined in 1997. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Business Area Networks, overseeing one of Ericsson's most strategically important business units.
