Miracly.ai launches with $2 million pre-seed round to scale AI marketing platform

Miracly.ai has launched publicly alongside a $2 million pre-seed funding round led by Beenext Ventures and Lotus, with participation from a Swedish family office and existing investors.

The additional backers include Stefan Lindeberg, founder of Creandum; Alex Bouaziz, founder and CEO of Deel; Thomas Ekman, founder of 6GAI and former CEO of Axel Johnson, Dustin and Tele2; and Hedda Båverud Olsson, founder and CEO of Lassie. Parham Benisi, partner at Pophouse, also participated.

Developed by The Wild Ventures, the company behind Swedish home decor brand Wild Palace, Miracly is building an AI-powered marketing platform designed to help businesses understand and improve how they appear in AI-generated answers while coordinating broader marketing execution.

Moving beyond traditional search visibility

Miracly began with a focus on generative engine optimisation (GEO) analytics and AI-assisted content creation. Its platform helps marketing teams understand how AI systems represent their brands and identify opportunities to improve their visibility across AI search and answer engines.

The shift towards AI-assisted discovery is creating new challenges for marketers. Consumers and business buyers are increasingly using platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude to research products, compare providers and inform purchasing decisions.

As a result, visibility in traditional search results is no longer the only consideration. Brands also need to understand whether AI systems mention them, which sources inform those answers and what actions may improve their representation.

Miracly aims to connect that analysis with execution, allowing teams to move from identifying opportunities to implementing changes within one platform.

Building a broader AI marketing platform

The company is expanding beyond GEO analytics into a wider marketing operating system covering performance marketing, public relations, social media and analytics.

Its AI marketing agent, Mira, provides tailored recommendations across these functions and supports workflows intended to help teams act on the opportunities identified by the platform. Miracly Goals enables teams to coordinate around business objectives and assess how different marketing activities contribute to growth.

The company also offers a revenue recovery agent designed to identify potential commercial opportunities in customer service chats, support tickets and social media messages.

Together, these capabilities reflect Miracly's ambition to connect marketing intelligence with execution rather than operate solely as a monitoring or reporting tool.

Early customers ahead of public launch

Before its public launch, Miracly says it attracted customers including Dreams, Acclime, Pixi Beauty, Andy Okay and Duellix without spending on marketing.

The company works with businesses ranging from smaller organisations and fast-growing companies to larger enterprises across North America, Europe and Asia.

Miracly also highlights brand consistency and regulatory compliance as important parts of its offering. Its platform allows customers to define instructions covering areas such as tone of voice and compliance requirements, which can then be applied across marketing workflows.

These capabilities are particularly relevant to businesses that need to scale content production without losing control over brand standards or sector-specific requirements.

Addressing the execution gap in marketing

Miracly's founders say the idea emerged from their experience as brand owners, when they encountered expensive search optimisation audits that delivered recommendations but left implementation to the customer.

The company is positioning its platform as a way to bring analysis, ongoing monitoring and execution together, reducing the operational gap between identifying a marketing problem and acting on it.

This approach also targets marketing agencies and service providers seeking tools to manage multiple clients and implement recommendations more efficiently.

The broader opportunity is to help marketing teams adapt to changing discovery channels while coordinating activity across content, paid campaigns, PR and social media.

Funding the next phase of development

The $2 million pre-seed round will support Miracly's continued platform development and expansion as it builds its AI-first marketing offering.

With offices in Sweden and Singapore, the company brings together growth specialists and AI engineers to develop its platform for businesses operating across different markets.

Its next phase will focus on broadening its capabilities and helping marketing teams respond to the growing role of AI-powered discovery in customer journeys.

As businesses reassess how they attract attention and generate demand, Miracly is betting that the next generation of marketing platforms will need to connect visibility, insights and execution through increasingly autonomous workflows.
