Seismic has completed its merger with Highspot, bringing the two go-to-market technology companies together under the Seismic name.

The combined company, led by Seismic CEO Rob Tarkoff, will serve 2,500 customers and 3.5 million sales, marketing and enablement users worldwide, creating a larger platform focused on go-to-market performance and revenue execution.

Bringing Two GTM Platforms Together

The merger combines Seismic's go-to-market intelligence and enablement capabilities with Highspot's technology across sales enablement, content and AI-powered workflows.

The combined platform is designed to help customer-facing teams move beyond preparing for sales and marketing activities toward improving how effectively those teams execute and convert strategy into revenue.

Seismic said the combined business will bring together AI agents, governed content and performance insights to help organizations turn intelligence into action across sales, marketing, enablement, revenue operations and other customer-facing functions.

Building for an AI-Driven GTM Landscape

The transaction comes as organizations rethink how sales and marketing teams operate alongside AI.

Seismic said its platform processes more than 550 million buyer-seller interactions and 33 million revenue actions annually, giving the combined company a substantial data and intelligence foundation for developing AI-powered revenue execution capabilities.

The company plans to invest more than $100 million annually in research and development, supported by a global organization of more than 700 product, engineering, data science and AI professionals.

That investment will focus on areas including AI agents, governed content, engagement intelligence and revenue workflows, while also expanding capabilities around security, governance and enterprise scale.

Creating More Value for Customers

For customers of both companies, the combination is intended to create greater product investment, broader expertise and additional resources while maintaining the platforms and capabilities they already rely on.

Seismic's customer base includes global organizations such as Allianz Trade, Expedia Group, IBM, Invesco, Oracle, Royal London Asset Management, Thomson Reuters and Uber.

The larger platform will allow Seismic to deepen its focus on a growing enterprise priority: helping go-to-market organizations use AI and business intelligence to make better decisions, act with greater confidence and improve revenue performance.

Looking Ahead

With the merger now complete, the focus shifts from integration to execution.

The combined Seismic organization will look to accelerate product development, expand AI capabilities and help customers navigate the transition from traditional sales enablement toward AI-powered revenue execution.

For Seismic and Highspot, the merger represents a significant step toward building a broader go-to-market performance platform at a time when AI is fundamentally changing how customer-facing teams work.
