Netradyne has acquired Moove Connected Mobility, marking a significant step in its global expansion strategy and strengthening its presence across Europe.
The acquisition brings together Netradyne’s AI-powered fleet safety and performance platform with Moove’s deep expertise in connected mobility and regional operations. Moove, headquartered in the Netherlands, has built strong capabilities in integrating telematics, analytics, and operational data to provide fleet intelligence across major European markets.
This move addresses a critical challenge for fleet operators in Europe, where fragmented systems, regulatory complexity, and cross-border operations demand localized expertise alongside scalable technology. As part of the leadership transition, Jeroen Bruinooge, former CEO of Moove, will take on the role of SVP and General Manager for Europe at Netradyne, leading go-to-market strategy and regional growth initiatives.
