monday.com Acquires OneAI to Strengthen Agentic Voice AI Capabilities

monday.com has announced the acquisition of OneAI, marking a significant milestone as the company completes its first acquisition.

The move strengthens monday.com’s broader AI strategy and reinforces its vision for the future of work, where AI not only assists users but actively works alongside them through intelligent automation and agentic capabilities.

As part of the acquisition, monday.com welcomed Amit Ben and the broader OneAI team, including Asi Sheffer, Roey Sagie, Eran Galon, Michael Gur, Roy Lahav, Afik Koriat, Simon Harris, and Daniella Block.

Daniel Lereya, who shared the announcement, highlighted the company’s strong confidence in OneAI’s expertise within the rapidly evolving agentic voice space. He noted that the complexity behind building reliable voice agents extends far beyond basic conversational AI, requiring advancements in IVR navigation, voicemail handling, low-latency processing, and highly specialized fine-tuned models.

According to the announcement, OneAI’s technology stood out for delivering strong performance across latency, reliability, quality, and operational efficiency, making it a strategic fit for monday.com’s evolving AI ecosystem.

The acquisition is expected to further strengthen monday.com’s product vision across areas such as CRM voice SDR workflows, customer service support, and AI-powered customer interviews, among other emerging enterprise use cases.

The transaction also reflects a growing industry trend as enterprise software companies increasingly invest in agentic AI technologies designed to automate workflows, improve customer engagement, and support intelligent business operations.

Special recognition was also given to Peter Severson, Liron Shtraichman, and Vitali Margolin for their contributions in helping complete the acquisition.
