Workday appoints Maha Neouchy to lead Corporate PR and Media Storytelling

Article content
Workday has appointed Maha Neouchy as Head of Corporate PR and Media Storytelling, bringing a new focus to corporate communications, proactive media engagement and reputation-building across the enterprise software company.
Maha joins Workday after seven years in product public relations at Salesforce. Her new role expands her focus from product communications to corporate storytelling, with responsibility for supporting the company's earnings communications, Davos engagement, Workday Foundation, and its Industries and Customers teams.
Building a broader corporate narrative
A central priority for Maha will be leading Workday's corporate PR team and developing an always-on approach to proactive media engagement. This includes building relationships across earned business, technology and enterprise media, while expanding into newer channels such as influencers, creators and Substack writers.
The approach reflects the growing importance of consistent corporate storytelling beyond product launches. For enterprise technology companies, reputation increasingly depends on communicating business performance, customer impact, industry relevance and broader organisational priorities to diverse audiences.
A transition at a pivotal time
Maha described the move as a transition from product PR into corporate reputation and storytelling at a pivotal point in Workday's history. Her announcement followed Workday Rising in Las Vegas, the company's annual customer and innovation event.
She also referenced CEO Aneel Bhusri's return to leadership, highlighting the company's leadership and product direction as part of the broader context for her appointment.
Bringing experience across enterprise technology
Maha's seven years at Salesforce provide experience in communicating product innovation within a major enterprise technology business. At Workday, her remit brings that communications experience into a wider corporate setting, spanning business milestones, customer and industry narratives, and the company's philanthropic work.
She also highlighted the opportunity to work again with former Salesforce colleagues Gina Sheibley and Lucie Vietti-Curtis, and thanked Stacey Stevens Johnson for the opportunity.
As enterprise technology companies compete for attention across increasingly fragmented media channels, Neouchy's focus on proactive storytelling and a broader mix of media relationships will be central to how Workday communicates its corporate narrative.
