Varun Nair has joined WPP Media as Senior Director, further strengthening the company's leadership team as it continues to advance its data-driven media, content, and audience engagement capabilities.

In his new role, Varun will be responsible for driving strategic media initiatives, strengthening client partnerships, enhancing audience intelligence frameworks, and supporting business growth across WPP Media's integrated media and marketing ecosystem.

Varun brings extensive experience across digital media, audience measurement, content strategy, and business leadership. Prior to joining WPP Media, he held leadership roles at ZEE5 Global, Wavemaker India, and BARC India, where he played a key role in shaping media strategies, audience analytics programs, digital growth initiatives, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.

Over the course of his career, Varun has developed deep expertise in media planning, digital transformation, audience measurement, consumer insights, content monetization, and strategic partnerships. His experience across streaming platforms, media agencies, and industry measurement organizations has provided him with a unique perspective on the rapidly evolving media and advertising landscape.
