Tifenn Dano Kwan has joined Zendesk as Chief Marketing Officer, marking a significant leadership addition as the company strengthens its position in the evolving AI-driven customer experience market.
Sharing the announcement, Tifenn highlighted Zendesk’s bold vision and the opportunity to help redefine customer experience in the AI era. She noted that after connecting with CEO Tom Eggemeier and the leadership team, it became clear that Zendesk is uniquely positioned to help shape the next generation of customer engagement and support technologies.
Before joining Zendesk, Tifenn spent more than three years at Amplitude, where she played a key role in strengthening the company’s brand, growth strategy, and category leadership within the digital analytics and product intelligence space. She expressed gratitude to Thomas Neergaard Hansen, Spenser Skates, and the broader Amplitude team for their partnership and shared accomplishments during her tenure.
As CMO, Tifenn will lead Zendesk’s global marketing organization, focusing on brand strategy, customer engagement, market positioning, and growth initiatives as enterprises increasingly adopt AI-powered customer experience technologies.
