Siemens Names Ann Fairchild as President and CEO of Siemens USA

Siemens has appointed Ann Fairchild as President and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens USA, confirming her leadership in the company’s largest global market.
Fairchild, who had been serving in the role on an interim basis since October 2025, now assumes the position permanently. In her new role, she will lead Siemens’ strategy and engagement across the United States, where the company has a significant footprint spanning infrastructure, manufacturing, and industrial technology.
With more than 25 years at Siemens, Fairchild brings deep institutional knowledge and leadership experience. Most recently, she served as General Counsel for Siemens USA, where she oversaw legal, compliance, regulatory, and intellectual property functions, helping the company navigate complex environments while enabling strategic growth.
Her appointment comes at a time when Siemens is advancing its focus on industrial AI, infrastructure modernization, and manufacturing transformation in the U.S. market. The leadership transition reflects the company’s emphasis on continuity and operational alignment as it scales innovation and strengthens its position across key sectors.
Fairchild’s leadership is expected to play a central role in guiding Siemens through evolving market dynamics, including increased demand for digital infrastructure, reshoring of manufacturing, and integration of AI into industrial ecosystems.
