Qualtrics has appointed Aaron Ellis as Head of North America Corporate Sales, strengthening its commercial leadership as the experience management company continues to expand customer engagement and enterprise growth across the region.

In his new role, Aaron will lead Qualtrics' North America Corporate Sales organization, helping customers maximize the value of their Experience Management (XM) investments from initial adoption through expansion and long-term success.

Strengthening Customer Success and Growth

The appointment forms part of Qualtrics' broader strategy to enhance how it serves enterprise customers by deepening partnerships throughout the customer lifecycle.

Bringing Two Decades of Enterprise Sales Leadership

Aaron joins Qualtrics with more than 20 years of leadership experience building and scaling enterprise sales organizations.

Prior to joining the company, he held senior leadership positions at Workday and NetSuite, where he helped grow high-performing sales teams while earning a reputation for developing collaborative cultures built on trust, accountability, and customer success.

His experience in enterprise software sales positions him to support Qualtrics' continued growth across North America.
