Pavan Kumar Gudipati Joins Sigmasoft as President & Chief Growth Officer

Pavan Kumar Gudipati has joined Sigmasoft™ as President & Chief Growth Officer, taking on a key leadership role as the company expands its focus on AI-led enterprise transformation and global growth execution.

In his new position, Gudipati will help drive Sigmasoft’s growth strategy, strengthen enterprise partnerships, and scale the company’s AI-powered offerings, including its Agentify accelerators and enterprise transformation services. He will also serve as part of the company’s Executive Council, contributing to a purpose-led go-to-market strategy centered around ethical AI, sustainable growth, and long-term enterprise value creation.

Gudipati shared that early engagement with clients, partners, and internal teams has already highlighted strong momentum and significant growth opportunities ahead, particularly as enterprises increasingly look to move beyond AI experimentation toward measurable business impact.

His appointment comes at a time when organizations across industries are accelerating investments in agentic AI, automation, and AI-native enterprise infrastructure.
