Dentsu has appointed Khatidja Ajania as Senior Vice President, Commerce & Retail Media Solutions for New Stream Media, strengthening the company's leadership as brands and retailers continue to invest in commerce media and retail media innovation.

In her new role, Khatidja will help organizations build, scale, and evolve commerce and retail media businesses, drawing on her experience developing media networks and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Bringing Operator Experience to Retail Media

Prior to joining Dentsu, Khatidja played a key role in helping build a media network at United Airlines, giving her first-hand experience from the operator side of the rapidly evolving retail and commerce media ecosystem.
