Reco has appointed Julia Polisuk as Head of Marketing, bringing growth marketing experience from Orchid Security as the company expands its focus on securing agentic AI environments.
Julia shared the move on LinkedIn, describing Reco's approach to agentic AI security as an opportunity to help organizations understand the AI agents operating across their environments, including ownership, access and associated risks.
Building Marketing for Agentic AI Security
As Head of Marketing, Julia will lead Reco's marketing strategy and help strengthen the company's market presence as organizations increasingly adopt AI agents across their technology environments.
Reco focuses on providing visibility into AI agents, including what agents exist within an environment, who owns them, what they can access and where potential security risks exist.
Julia's mandate will be to translate these capabilities into a clear market narrative while supporting the company's broader growth and go-to-market efforts.
Bringing Growth Marketing Experience
Before joining Reco, Julia led Growth Marketing at Orchid Security, giving her experience in building demand and market presence within the cybersecurity sector.
Her move to Reco brings that growth-focused experience into the emerging category of agentic AI security, where organizations are beginning to address the security and governance implications of increasingly autonomous AI systems.
Looking Ahead
With AI agents becoming more deeply integrated into enterprise workflows, visibility and security are becoming increasingly important considerations for organizations deploying them at scale.
Julia will work with Reco's leadership team to build awareness around these challenges and help position the company as it develops its presence in the growing agentic AI security market.
