Juhi Jain Joins Publicis Media as Group Head - Media Technology

Publicis Media has appointed Juhi Jain as Group Head - Media Technology, reinforcing the company’s strategic focus on data-driven transformation, AI-powered activation, and enterprise MarTech innovation.
Based out of Gurugram in a hybrid leadership capacity, Juhi will lead initiatives focused on enterprise-scale digital transformation across data, cloud, AI, and advanced customer engagement ecosystems. Her mandate includes architecting end-to-end MarTech frameworks spanning Customer Data Platforms (CDP), predictive analytics, automated personalization, and cross-channel activation strategies.
Juhi joins Publicis Media following several impactful leadership roles across retention marketing, customer engagement, and gaming-focused digital ecosystems. Most recently, she served as Retention Lead at Perfora, where she led lifecycle marketing initiatives focused on scalable revenue and retention growth.
Prior to that, she held key positions at Junglee Games, Deltatech Gaming Limited, Valley Fundraising, and Naukri.com, building deep expertise across customer lifecycle management, audience engagement, and digital marketing operations.
As brands increasingly prioritize privacy-safe data activation, AI-led personalization, and unified customer intelligence, leadership roles bridging MarTech, AdTech, analytics, and enterprise transformation are becoming increasingly critical across the media and advertising ecosystem.
