Johannes Nolting Joins Celonis as Head of Marketing, DACH

Celonis has announced the appointment of Johannes Nolting as Head of Marketing, DACH, bringing an experienced enterprise technology marketing leader to support the company's continued growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Johannes joins Celonis from Google Cloud, where he held leadership positions across enterprise and partner marketing. His experience in driving complex enterprise marketing programs will play a key role as Celonis continues to expand its presence in one of its most strategically important regions.
In his new role, Johannes will lead regional field marketing, partner marketing, campaigns, and customer advocacy initiatives. He will also help ensure the organization remains focused on business-critical customer use cases while strengthening Celonis' position as a key context layer within enterprise AI architectures.
The appointment comes as organizations increasingly seek ways to maximize the value of AI investments through better visibility into business processes, operational data, and execution workflows. Celonis has positioned itself at the center of this conversation through its process intelligence platform, which helps organizations understand and optimize how their businesses operate.
In addition to leading regional marketing efforts, Johannes will oversee the rollout of Claude-powered AI initiatives within the DACH marketing organization, supporting productivity improvements and enabling teams to leverage next-generation AI technologies more effectively.
