EY has welcomed Jason Spaulding to lead its Global Product Marketing organization, entrusting him with building an enterprise product marketing capability designed to accelerate innovation, commercialization, and product-led growth across the firm's global business.

Jason joins EY with an accomplished track record of building high-performing marketing organizations and launching transformational business capabilities across the technology and professional services sectors.

Building the Next Generation of Product-Led Services

Throughout his career, Jason has gravitated toward opportunities to build organizations from the ground up. His experience includes establishing the Services Integration Hub's Competitive Wargaming capability at IBM, helping scale the Watson IoT business during its formative years, and creating a modern marketing function at Persistent Systems.

Reflecting on his new role, Jason emphasized that the most rewarding stage of any business is the opportunity to build—transforming vision into scalable, high-performing organizations that create lasting value.

His responsibilities include leading product-level marketing strategy and global go-to-market execution, strengthening enterprise product capabilities, and fostering alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, Alliances, and Partner organizations.

He will also champion a product-first mindset across the business, helping shape how solutions are developed, positioned, and brought to market for clients worldwide.
