Inspire Brands has appointed Jenna Bromberg as Chief Marketing Officer of Arby's, effective November 2, 2026. She will lead the brand's marketing organisation as Arby's looks to build on its established identity and strengthen customer engagement.

Jenna joins from Papa Johns, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer and led marketing, product and commercial strategy for the North American business. Her appointment brings experience across brand development, digital marketing, product innovation and consumer engagement to one of the restaurant group's flagship brands.

From Papa Johns to Arby's

At Papa Johns, Jenna led a broad portfolio of functions across marketing, product and commercial operations. Her remit included culinary research and development, creative and brand strategy, third-party delivery, public relations, field marketing, business analytics, consumer insights, forecasting, revenue management, digital experience, loyalty and paid media.

That combination of brand-building and commercial responsibilities gives her experience across the customer journey, from product development and brand positioning to digital engagement and revenue performance.

Before joining Papa Johns in November 2024, Jenna held leadership roles at Carter's, including Vice President of Brand Marketing and Creative. Her earlier experience also includes marketing roles at Yum! Brands and Hilton, spanning restaurant, retail and hospitality sectors.

Leading marketing for a distinctive restaurant brand

Arby's has built its identity around meat-crafted sandwiches and a willingness to differentiate itself from competitors in the quick-service restaurant category.

Jenna has highlighted the brand's heritage, loyal customer base and readiness to challenge category conventions as key attractions of the role. She will work with teams across Inspire Brands and the Arby's system to support the brand's next phase of growth.

Her appointment also comes as restaurant brands continue to balance distinctive brand identities with changing consumer expectations, digital ordering habits and increasing competition for customer attention.

Connecting brand building with commercial growth

According to Inspire Brands, Jenna's responsibilities will include leading all marketing efforts, with a focus on top-line profitability, innovation, value and guest engagement.

The company also highlighted culinary storytelling and personalised digital experiences as areas of focus. These priorities bring together traditional brand marketing with product development and digital customer relationships.

Jenna's background across consumer insights, loyalty, revenue management and digital experience aligns with this broad remit, which spans both how Arby's communicates with customers and how it develops its offering.

A leadership transition at Arby's

Alongside Jenna's appointment, Inspire Brands announced that Jeff Baker will transition into the role of Vice President, Category Management and Culinary Innovation.

Jeff has played a role in shaping the Arby's brand and leading its marketing organisation. In his new position, he will focus on culinary development, innovation and menu strategy.

The changes bring a distinct focus to marketing leadership and culinary innovation as Arby's continues developing its brand and customer proposition.

The next chapter for Arby's

Jenna's appointment combines experience across restaurant marketing, retail and hospitality with a role at a brand known for its distinctive positioning.

As Arby's pursues growth through product innovation, customer engagement and digital experiences, her leadership will connect brand strategy with the commercial and operational priorities of the business.

She joins the Arby's organisation at a time when restaurant marketers are increasingly expected to deliver both memorable brand experiences and measurable business outcomes.
