Experian promotes Chris Meredith to Head of Audience Activation

Article content
Experian has expanded Chris Meredith’s role as Head of Audience Activation, placing him at the center of the company’s efforts to bring together its audience, data and curation capabilities for partners.
The move follows Experian’s integration of Audigent, which became part of the company as Experian expanded its identity and audience activation capabilities. Chris previously served in a supply-side leadership role within Audigent and later moved into Experian following the acquisition.
From Audigent Enterprise Sales to Audience Activation
In his expanded role, Chris is leading the evolution of the former Audigent Enterprise Sales team into Experian’s Audience Activation team.
The mandate brings together a broader set of capabilities across Experian’s data and audience portfolio, with a focus on helping partners access and activate audiences through increasingly connected media and advertising environments.
Experian’s current activation portfolio spans audience segments, partner audiences, first-party data onboarding and audience-building capabilities across programmatic, social, CTV and other addressable channels.
Building around data, audiences and curation
The role reflects the growing importance of connecting data with activation. Experian has continued to integrate Audigent’s curation capabilities into its broader marketing technology offering, including curated deals, contextual audiences and audience-based activation.
The company has positioned curation as a way to bring data, inventory and optimization closer together, helping marketers make more informed activation decisions while supporting privacy-conscious targeting.
Chris has already been active in this area. Experian identified him as Head of Audience Activation in its 2026 marketing coverage, where he highlighted the importance of placing audience activation at the center of marketing conversations.
A broader role across Experian’s activation ecosystem
Chris brings extensive experience across digital advertising, publisher partnerships, supply-side strategy and audience activation. Before joining Experian through Audigent, he held leadership roles at Audigent, 33Across, Yieldmo and AOL Platforms.
His expanded remit comes as Experian continues developing an activation ecosystem designed to connect identity, audience intelligence and media execution. The company’s data marketplace and activation products are designed to help marketers move from audience strategy to activation across multiple channels and platforms.
Continuing the Audigent integration
Chris’s appointment also represents another step in the integration of Audigent’s capabilities within Experian. Since the acquisition, the companies have continued combining Audigent’s curation technology with Experian’s identity and audience capabilities.
That integration has already supported initiatives spanning curated marketplaces, B2B audience activation and cross-channel targeting, giving Experian a broader foundation for helping advertisers and partners activate data across fragmented media environments.
