Article content
ElevenLabs has appointed Ashley Kramer as Chief Revenue Officer, bringing an experienced enterprise technology and revenue leader into a key commercial role as the company continues to scale its business.
Ashley joins ElevenLabs with a mandate to build on the company's momentum and translate its research and product capabilities into durable enterprise growth.
Her remit will include strengthening the company's enterprise business, expanding customer and partner relationships, and developing the commercial strategy needed to support ElevenLabs as it moves into its next stage of growth.
Building the Enterprise Business
A central focus of Ashley's role will be turning ElevenLabs' technology leadership into broader enterprise adoption.
The company has developed a portfolio spanning AI voice models, speech, sound and music, alongside tools designed to support AI agents and creative workflows. Its technology is being positioned across use cases including sales, customer support, operations, marketing and media production.
For Ashley, the opportunity is to build on that product foundation by developing deeper enterprise relationships and creating a scalable commercial organization around the company's technology.
From AI Intelligence to Human Interaction
Ashley joins at a time when the AI industry is increasingly moving beyond model intelligence toward how people actually interact with AI systems.
ElevenLabs has built its position around natural voice and audio interaction, with its technology designed to make AI-generated communication more expressive and human-like.
Ashley has highlighted this distinction as one of the factors behind her decision to join the company. In her view, AI capabilities need to translate into experiences that people can naturally communicate and interact with if they are to achieve wider adoption.
That perspective aligns closely with ElevenLabs' focus on voice, sound and human-centered interaction.
Enterprise Momentum
ElevenLabs has also been expanding its presence among large enterprises. The company says it has reached $600 million in annual recurring revenue and serves customers across 80 countries, including Meta, Klarna, Stripe, Hasbro and Deutsche Telekom.
The company also says its technology is used within 69% of Fortune 500 companies.
For Ashley, these indicators point to an opportunity to take an already established enterprise footprint and build a more durable commercial business around it.
Ashley Kramer's Leadership Mandate
In her new role, Ashley will focus on converting ElevenLabs' research and product momentum into sustained enterprise growth.
Her responsibilities will center on enterprise revenue development, customer and partner relationships and the company's broader commercial strategy. She will also work closely with the leadership team as ElevenLabs expands its presence across strategic enterprise markets.
Ashley said conversations with customers and partners during her first week reinforced her view that customers value ElevenLabs for creating AI experiences that people enjoy interacting with.
