Joie shared the milestone, describing the promotion as an exciting career moment. She has been with Capgemini since 2023, where she has worked as a Strategy & Transformation Leader, contributing to initiatives spanning stakeholder management, strategy and organizational transformation.

Building on Strategy and Transformation Experience

In her expanded role as Director, Joie will build on her experience working across strategy, transformation and organizational initiatives at Capgemini.

Her career has also included leadership responsibilities across Deloitte and PwC, giving her experience across HR strategy, digital transformation, purpose-led initiatives, talent programs, ESG, DEI and organizational change.

At Deloitte, Joie served as HR Talent Strategy and Operations Lead and led the Kolkata Purpose Office, where she worked on ESG strategies, DEI initiatives and CSR programs.

Earlier at PwC, she spent more than six years across HR, business services and digital transformation, including leadership of the Women in Technology program and broader purpose, ESG and DEI initiatives.
