Dan Schmidt Joins NVIDIA as Enterprise Account Manager for Robotics

Dan Schmidt has joined NVIDIA as Enterprise Account Manager focused on robotics and manufacturing.
His appointment comes as accelerated computing, robotics, and Physical AI continue driving transformation across industrial automation and smart manufacturing environments.
Before joining NVIDIA, Dan spent nearly five years at FANUC America Corporation, where he served as District Manager and worked closely across industrial automation and robotics ecosystems.
In announcing the move, Dan shared his excitement about helping customers leverage accelerated computing and Physical AI technologies to advance innovation in robotics and industrial automation.
NVIDIA continues expanding its role across AI infrastructure, robotics, simulation, and intelligent manufacturing systems as enterprises increasingly adopt AI-driven automation and real-time operational intelligence.
