Caron Berkley Joins Illumination Health + Home as Vice President of Marketing & Communications

Caron Berkley has joined Illumination Health + Home as Vice President of Marketing & Communications, bringing more than two decades of experience in marketing, communications, brand development, and organizational growth across nonprofit and behavioral health organizations.

In her new role, Caron will lead efforts to strengthen the organization's brand, expand awareness of its mission, support fundraising initiatives, and foster deeper engagement across the communities it serves. Her appointment comes as Illumination Health + Home continues to advance its work addressing homelessness through integrated housing and healthcare solutions.

Caron joins the organization from ROWI Teen & Parent Wellness Centers, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer and played a key role in supporting the organization's expansion from 10 to more than 20 locations. Throughout her career, she has helped mission-driven organizations increase visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and drive sustainable growth through strategic communications and marketing initiatives.

Her professional background also includes leadership positions through her consulting practice, as well as marketing and communications roles with Girl Scouts of Orange County and Jewish Federation Orange County. Earlier in her career, she served in a presidential appointment at the U.S. Department of Agriculture and as Deputy Press Secretary to Congressman Adam Schiff, experiences that further shaped her expertise in communications, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement.

Illumination Health + Home highlighted Caron's belief that effective communications create meaningful connections and inspire action, qualities that align closely with the organization's mission and long-term vision. As the organization continues to expand its impact, her leadership is expected to play an important role in strengthening awareness, community engagement, and support for its programs.
