Orient Electric has appointed Anika Agarwal as Executive Vice President & Business Unit Head - Lighting, expanding her leadership responsibilities across the company's Consumer and Professional Lighting businesses.

Anika has been part of Orient Electric's leadership team for the past four years, serving as Chief Marketing Officer and driving brand, e-commerce, and product strategy across the business.

Leading Orient Electric's Lighting Business

In her new role, Anika will lead the company's Lighting business, with both its Consumer and Professional Lighting divisions reporting to her.

Her mandate will include strengthening the lighting portfolio, supporting premiumisation, expanding market reach, and identifying opportunities for continued business growth.

Bringing Cross-Category Experience

Anika brings more than two decades of experience across telecom, insurance, and consumer electricals. Her career has included building and scaling growth businesses while combining consumer insight with commercial strategy.

During her tenure at Orient Electric, she has played a key role in shaping brand, e-commerce, and product initiatives, adding to her understanding of the company's customers and portfolio.

Strengthening the Lighting Portfolio
