Reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Bryan Palma, Andrew will lead KnowBe4's global go-to-market strategy, driving cross-functional alignment to accelerate sustainable growth and strengthen the company's leadership in securing both AI agents and human workforces.

Leading the Next Phase of Global Growth

As Chief Growth Officer, Andrew will oversee KnowBe4's worldwide commercial strategy, helping expand the company's market presence while supporting customer adoption across its portfolio of digital workforce security solutions.

Announcing the move on LinkedIn, Andrew described the appointment as the opportunity he has been building toward throughout his career. He highlighted the growing importance of securing the human layer of cybersecurity as AI-driven phishing, deepfakes, and increasingly sophisticated social engineering attacks continue to reshape the threat landscape.

He also emphasized that organizations need platforms capable of securing both people and AI agents, positioning digital workforce security as a critical priority for enterprises worldwide.

KnowBe4 CEO Bryan Palma said Andrew's operational leadership and experience building high-growth commercial organizations will play an important role as the company continues expanding globally.

Looking Ahead

As enterprises increasingly adopt AI-powered technologies, cybersecurity leaders are placing greater emphasis on protecting employees alongside intelligent systems. Digital workforce security has become an essential component of enterprise resilience, requiring organizations to combine technology, education, governance, and behavioral intelligence.
