Amy becomes Delinea's first dedicated HR Manager in the region, taking on responsibility for people and culture initiatives across APAC, including talent acquisition, employee development, retention, and organisational growth.

Her appointment forms part of Delinea's broader investment in regional leadership across sales, channel, and people functions.

Building a Stronger APAC Workforce

As HR Manager, APAC, Amy will focus on strengthening the people infrastructure needed to support Delinea's continued growth across the region.

Her remit spans attracting and developing local talent, supporting employee engagement and retention, and helping build a culture that can scale alongside the business.

The creation of a dedicated HR leadership role also signals Delinea's intention to bring greater focus to the workforce dynamics of individual APAC markets.

Deepening Regional Leadership

Amy's appointment comes alongside several senior leadership additions across Delinea's APAC sales, channel, and people functions.

The expanded structure is designed to bring decision-making and expertise closer to customers and partners while enabling strategies that reflect the different market, regulatory, and talent dynamics across the region.

Cynthia Lee, Vice President, APJ at Delinea, described APAC as a significant growth opportunity and a strategic priority for the business, highlighting the company's focus on developing local expertise, customer proximity, and a stronger partner ecosystem.

Investing in People as the Region Scales

For cybersecurity companies expanding across APAC, building the right talent infrastructure is increasingly important alongside investments in sales and technology.

Amy's appointment gives Delinea dedicated leadership for its regional people agenda at a time when the company is looking to strengthen its local teams and support long-term organisational growth.

Her role will help connect talent strategy with the company's wider regional expansion, ensuring people and culture remain part of the foundation supporting Delinea's growth.

Supporting Delinea's Next Phase

Delinea's increased investment in APAC comes as demand for privileged access management and identity security solutions continues to expand across the region.

The company's regional strategy also incorporates the expanded capabilities following its acquisition of StrongDM, adding further momentum to its broader identity security ambitions.

With dedicated leadership across people, sales, and channel functions, Delinea is positioning its APAC organisation for continued expansion while building the local capabilities needed to support customers, partners, and employees.
