Tarun Vohra Appointed President, India and Head of Growth, Asia at WhiteCrow Research

Tarun Vohra has been appointed President, India and Head of Growth, Asia at WhiteCrow Research, strengthening the company’s leadership capabilities across operations, AI-led transformation, and regional growth initiatives.

Based out of WhiteCrow’s Mumbai Global Capability Centre, Tarun will oversee India operations while leading expansion and growth strategies across Asia with a focus on operational efficiency, client outcomes, and AI-driven innovation.

He brings close to two decades of experience spanning recruitment technology, SaaS, enterprise sales, talent solutions, and digital transformation across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and North America.

Prior to joining WhiteCrow Research, Tarun was part of the leadership team at Cygnify, where he contributed across go-to-market strategy, AI automation, and early-stage growth initiatives. Earlier, he spent nearly six years at Radancy, formerly TMP Worldwide, serving as Regional Vice President based in Singapore with P&L responsibility across APAC. During his tenure, he helped drive the organization’s transition from a traditional recruitment media business toward a SaaS-first talent technology model.

At WhiteCrow, his role will focus on accelerating sales, innovation, and the adoption of AI-enabled workflows across inside sales and delivery functions as the company continues modernizing its operating model.
