Kyndryl has appointed Sujoy Sen as Global Head of Pursuit Marketing, reinforcing the company’s focus on large-deal engagement and account-based marketing strategy across global markets.

In the role, Sujoy will lead pursuit marketing initiatives designed to support deal teams, business development functions, and enterprise growth opportunities across the Americas, EMEA, Asia-Pacific, and Japan.

The appointment reflects the growing importance of pursuit marketing within enterprise organizations as businesses increasingly integrate marketing directly into strategic sales cycles and high-value account engagement efforts.

Sujoy described pursuit marketing as marketing that operates within the deal itself, aligning closely with the pace, strategy, and requirements of enterprise opportunities rather than functioning separately from sales processes.

The function brings together multiple marketing disciplines including market intelligence, content, brand strategy, alliances, and collaborative engagement initiatives to support complex enterprise deal environments.

According to Sujoy, the initiative has already been operating for nearly a year, with more than 40 field marketers working alongside deal teams across major international markets.

The move highlights how enterprise technology organizations are evolving beyond traditional marketing structures and investing more heavily in integrated ABM and revenue-focused engagement strategies designed to support large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
