Sarab Narang Named CEO of Glob.AI to Lead Globant’s AI-Native Services Business

Article content
Globant has named Sarab Narang as Chief Executive Officer of Glob.AI, its new AI-native technology services business focused on helping enterprises deploy AI services through specialized AI Pods.
Sarab brings more than two decades of experience spanning artificial intelligence, machine learning, enterprise technology, go-to-market strategy and business transformation. Before joining Globant, he served as Vice President and Head of AI Go-to-Market at ServiceNow, following several leadership roles at Amazon Web Services, where he led Generative AI and Machine Learning go-to-market initiatives.
Leading Glob.AI's Next Phase
Sarab will lead Glob.AI as Globant looks to scale a new model for delivering enterprise technology services in the AI era.
Glob.AI allows organizations to access specialized AI Pods, which are service units operated by AI agents and supervised by human experts. The model is designed to help enterprises move from AI experimentation to production while maintaining governance, security and enterprise-grade standards.
The business also introduces a different approach to consuming technology services, with customers paying based on outputs or consumption rather than traditional hourly or per-seat models.
Bringing Enterprise AI Experience to Glob.AI
Sarab's background sits directly at the intersection of the capabilities Glob.AI is looking to scale.
At ServiceNow, he led AI go-to-market initiatives focused on helping organizations develop and implement enterprise GenAI and ML strategies. His earlier experience at AWS included leadership of Generative AI and Machine Learning go-to-market programs, giving him extensive exposure to enterprise AI adoption and transformation.
That experience will be particularly relevant as Glob.AI expands its AI Pods model and works with enterprises looking to operationalize AI across software, data and business workflows.
Building an AI-Native Services Model
Glob.AI builds on Globant's broader shift toward AI-native services. The company says its AI Pods combine multiple AI agents with human supervision, deterministic processes and enterprise governance to deliver technology services tied to measurable outcomes.
Globant has already been expanding this model through partnerships with companies including Anthropic and Vercel, while its AI Pods are being used by Fortune 500 organizations across industries including media, finance and professional services.
With Sarab leading Glob.AI, the company is positioning the new business to scale beyond AI experimentation toward a more continuous, outcome-driven model for enterprise technology delivery.
Looking Ahead
Glob.AI represents Globant's broader ambition to reshape how enterprises access and deploy AI-powered technology services.
For Sarab, the move brings together his experience across enterprise AI, technology platforms and go-to-market leadership with an opportunity to build a new AI-native services business at scale.
