Prior to joining Epigamia, he served as Country General Manager – India at pladis Global, where he led business operations and P&L for the region. He has also held leadership roles at Mars and Britannia Industries Limited, building extensive experience across sales, marketing, and general management.
With a strong background in FMCG and business leadership, Gauba brings a blend of strategic vision and executional expertise, positioning him to lead Epigamia’s next phase of growth and innovation.
