Resolve AI has appointed Jason Forget as President and Chief Revenue Officer, adding an experienced enterprise technology leader as the company expands its AI-powered approach to software operations.
Jason shared the move on LinkedIn, describing it as a conviction-driven decision shaped by Resolve's founders, the scale of the customer problem and the company's differentiated product.
Scaling AI-Powered Software Operations
As President and Chief Revenue Officer, Jason will focus on helping Resolve scale its commercial organization, deepen customer relationships and bring its AI-powered platform to more enterprises.
Resolve AI is building technology designed to help engineering teams investigate and resolve complex production issues by combining AI agents, models, infrastructure, code, operational knowledge and existing enterprise tools.
The company's approach addresses a growing challenge for engineering organizations: while AI is making it faster to build software, the resulting increase in code, services and dependencies is also making production environments more complex to operate.
Bringing Enterprise Technology Experience
Jason joins Resolve with extensive experience in scaling enterprise technology businesses and building organizations around customer outcomes.
His decision to join reflects his view that AI's next major impact on software engineering will extend beyond code generation into the operation, reliability and management of production systems.
At Resolve, he will work closely with co-founders Spiros Xanthos and Mayank Agarwal, alongside the broader leadership team, to expand the company's reach and build on its existing customer momentum.
Building a New Category
Resolve AI is positioning its platform around AI-powered software operations, helping engineering teams investigate incidents, identify root causes and take action across increasingly complex production environments.
The company counts organizations including DoorDash, Coinbase, MongoDB, Snowflake and Robinhood among its customers, highlighting the growing demand for AI systems that can operate within real-world enterprise environments.
With Jason taking on the President and CRO role, Resolve is adding commercial leadership as it looks to scale adoption and establish its position in the emerging category.
Looking Ahead
As enterprises deploy more software and AI-generated code, the complexity of maintaining reliable production environments is expected to grow alongside it.
Jason's appointment comes as Resolve AI looks to capitalize on this shift by combining AI agents with deep operational context and enterprise governance.
His mandate will be to help turn that technology into broader customer adoption while supporting Resolve's ambitions to build an enduring enterprise AI company.
