Nora Wolfe has been appointed SVP and Head of Media at L’Oréal USA, taking on a key leadership role as the company continues to evolve its media strategy across a rapidly changing digital landscape.

In this role, Nora will lead media strategy, investment, and execution, with a focus on leveraging data, innovation, and scale to enhance consumer engagement. Her appointment reflects L’Oréal USA’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its media capabilities as brands increasingly rely on integrated, data-driven approaches to reach and influence audiences.

Nora brings more than 18 years of experience in media leadership. She most recently served as Chief Investment Officer at Beauty Co-Lab. Prior to that, she spent over a decade at UM Worldwide, where she progressed from Senior Manager to EVP Managing Partner, contributing to large-scale media strategy and client leadership.

Earlier in her career, Nora held roles at RPA, 4D, Universal McCann, and ZenithOptimedia, building a strong foundation in media planning, investment, and consumer-focused campaigns.

Her appointment underscores L’Oréal USA’s focus on transforming its media approach through innovation and data-driven decision-making. With experience spanning both agency and brand environments, Nora is positioned to shape how the company approaches media in an increasingly complex and competitive ecosystem.
