Minjoo Lee-Zeitler has joined Tim Hortons as Director of Marketing, APAC. In her new role, she will lead marketing strategy, brand development, consumer engagement, and growth initiatives across the company’s Asia-Pacific operations.

The announcement marks another important leadership addition for Tim Hortons as the brand continues expanding its footprint across APAC markets including China, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Pakistan.

Before joining Tim Hortons, Minjoo spent more than five years at Deliveroo, most recently serving as Head / Director of Marketing, Singapore, where she led growth strategy, product marketing, and regional brand initiatives.

According to industry reports, her responsibilities at Tim Hortons will include overseeing brand strategy, consumer marketing, product innovation, and marketing performance across APAC while also working closely with franchise partners to identify new growth opportunities.

Minjoo shared the update through LinkedIn, expressing excitement about beginning the new role and contributing to the next phase of growth for the iconic coffee brand.
