Meredith Chandler Promoted to Vice President of Sales at Aligned

Aligned has promoted Meredith Chandler to Vice President of Sales, following a period of rapid commercial growth and organizational expansion at the company.

Since joining Aligned approximately 18 months ago as sales leader, Meredith has played a central role in strengthening the company’s enterprise sales motion, scaling revenue operations, and building out its go-to-market organization.

Under her leadership, the company expanded further into upmarket sales, secured its first six-figure deals, and significantly increased average contract value through a more structured enterprise sales approach. The sales organization also recorded multiple periods of strong quota attainment, including improved win rates and record-setting ARR performance across the team.

Meredith additionally led the restructuring of Aligned’s BDR organization, introducing operational automations and AI-enabled workflows while helping scale pipeline generation efforts. According to the company, pipeline growth doubled during the most recent quarter.

Beyond operational execution, Meredith has also become an active voice in the broader sales and go-to-market community through thought leadership initiatives and industry conversations focused on modern revenue growth strategies.

The promotion comes as Aligned continues investing in scaling its commercial organization, with plans to expand hiring across sales leadership, enablement, revenue operations, and business development functions as the company moves further into enterprise markets.
