EssenceMediacom has appointed Marcelle Hoyek as Client Managing Director for its Sydney business, reinforcing the agency’s leadership structure as it continues to expand its client and operational capabilities in the Australian market.

Marcelle brings extensive agency leadership experience along with a track record of building high-performing teams and driving commercial outcomes across media and client partnerships. In her new role, she will oversee client leadership and strategic growth initiatives for the Sydney office.
